These workshops offer a creative pause. A space to slow down, be present, connect with yourself and others, and embrace the creative process. Using art as a vehicle, I invite participants to explore, experiment, and follow their curiosity in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. No previous artistic experience is needed, only a willingness to discover what can emerge.
